Dennis Lish has been a Forensic CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, doing business valuations, fraud engagements and expert witness testimony in matrimonial and estate tax litigation cases for 30 years. He has lectured and written articles on valuations that appeared in the New York Law Journal and the ABA Family Law Journal. He has been active on Tax and Forensic Accounting committees of professional CPA State Societies. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Litigation & Collaborative Practice
I love what I do. I have always loved forensic accounting in matrimonial litigation, estate tax valuation, fraud engagements, etc.
Collaborative Law is new to South Florida. I think it works in a very natural kind of way because it is based on logic, with the foundation of law and judicial interpretation and a very strong Collaborative Group.
The most important achievement for Collaborative Professionals is that they are experienced in their profession and they can become a strong part of the Collaborative Group or Team.
